Back to TLC Census & Contributions Page The
T.L.C Census & Contribution System This
is a multi-faceted system that incorporates all of the user-friendly aspects of
today’s P.C. into a church management software program. The TLC Census and
Contribution System is a comprehensive church management software program,
user-friendly, for both volunteers and parish personnel.
There is no need to buy individual modules. Keep track of all your census
statistics, ministerial information, funds and contribution information in one
familiar user-friendly computer program. We employ the power of Microsoft Word
to create hundreds of reports and letters that are specific to your church and
tailored to fit your exact requirements. The TLC Census System has many
user-defined options including user-defined milestones, which makes it specific
to the church using it, whichever denomination it may be.

Accesses
accumulated data organized by fund and year.
A church can have any number of funds under which contributions are
organized. The summary portion of
the screen allows for easy access of the consolidated information for a specific
fund, including funds collected to date, goal, and balance information.
Accumulated year data can also be shown by individual family summaries by fund
name and year.

The
Pledge Entry screen accesses pledge information by family.
Entering pledges after a pledge drive is quick and efficient.
Simply specify fund, length of fund (usually standard but can be changed
for individual pledges), Period Payment for first pledge and first family for
whom you are recording pledges. Either
envelope number or last name specifies families.
Supply their pledge amount, click on Apply and continue to next family.
In the example above the Total Amount field is completed because the fund
is a multi-year fund. Either you
enter this number or allow the computer to calculate it.
The
Contributions Summary portion of the screen presents summary pledge and
contribution data for the previous five years for the selected family.
If a family pledges $10.00 per week for one year the T L C Census System
will calculate that they have pledged $520.00.
This information is then updated as the weekly contribution information
is entered throughout the length of the fund.
This calculation is displayed on each family screen.
The
Census Statistics Screen shows the compiled statistics of data entered on the
Family, Member, Contribution and Pledge screens. This screen has various displays for cities, keywords,
neighborhoods, age, nationality, employer, ministries, mailing status, marital
status and fund name statistics. Export statistical data by simply
clicking on the export box. Export
data can then be directly interfaced to a spreadsheet program and used to create
graphs.
The system will manage single and
multi-year campaign:
|

|

|
Contributions Made | |
|
Reminders for those who have not pledged
|
Matching donor companies
|
Payment schedules | |
|

|

With the T L C Census
System you will easily be able to monitor payments made over one year, over the
length of the pledge and over the amount of time that has elapsed since the
pledge was made. Create statements, reminders, etc. on Monthly, Quarterly,
Yearly, etc. basis.
Extensive and comprehensive help text is available at the click of the mouse. Throughout the application you will have access to many Help buttons. You simply click on the button to access information about the interface you are working on.
